There was a time when I didn’t recognize the woman staring back at me in the mirror.
I was overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I had spent years struggling with my identity, my purpose, my health, and my confidence. I was showing up for work and life, (barely), on the outside… but inside, I was quietly fading.
For years, I pushed through on autopilot, raising my children, starting businesses, showing up for clients, while silently carrying the weight of bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and emotional burnout. I knew I was capable of more, but I felt stuck in survival mode.
Everything shifted the day I decided that my life, my future, had to change.
Not just a surface-level change… a real transformation. The kind that requires you to get down and dirty with enemy...
I chose to fight my way back to myself. Out of the shadows and back to HER.
Through faith, healing, personal growth, and rediscovering who I was at my core, I slowly rebuilt my life. I didn’t just want to survive anymore, I wanted to live fully, lead boldly, and create impact.
That season of rebuilding birthed Back To Her, first as a personal awakening, then as a movement.
I realized that the same transformation I experienced wasn’t just for me...it was meant to be shared. Other women were carrying silent battles, untold stories, and untapped potential, just like I had. And I felt called to create a space where women could reclaim their power, rewrite their stories, and rebuild their lives and businesses with intention.
Over time, Back To Her grew beyond personal development. It evolved into what is now Back To Her Media, a global platform designed to amplify women’s voices and help them build brands, businesses, and legacies from their stories.
Today, I’m not just sharing my story, I’m helping other women turn their stories into visibility, influence, and income. Through media, digital marketing, anthology publishing, education, and community, I empower women to step into their voice, own their power, and rise into the leaders they were always meant to be.
This isn’t just my story anymore.
It’s a movement.
And if you’re here, I believe you’re part of it.
